Flight from B.A.; Flying to San Carlos de Bariloche is probably the best bet. You can fly into an airport near San Martin de los Andes, with Aerolineas. There doesn’t seem to be any discount to flying RT so we may want to think about flying in and out of different cities in Northern Patagonia. [...]

Frommer’s Peru is a good, solid guide that covers the standard tourist attractions, hotels, and restaurants. If you’re interested in something unusual or out of the way, then you are out of luck.
